Client portal for SDR and appointment-setting agencies
Give every client a login where they see their own meetings, call activity, outcomes and billing — live, from the same data your team works in.
What's in it
Per-client login
Client admins and members get their own roles and can invite colleagues.
Live activity
Call metrics, SDR activity and KPIs for their project, not a snapshot from last Friday.
Meetings and outcomes
Every booked meeting with its outcome — held, no-show, rescheduled — and lead outcomes over time.
Lists
The prospect lists being worked for them.
Billing
Which meetings are on which invoice, at the price each was billed at.
Exports and scheduled reports
Download a report on demand, or have one delivered automatically on a set cadence.
Weekly reports are out of date when they land
Today
- Activity pulled out of the dialer every week
- Pasted into a spreadsheet with a line per conversation
- Out of date when it lands
- Can disagree with the invoice
With Dialbrew
- The client logs in and sees their own data
- Updates when an SDR logs a call or marks a meeting held
- Scheduled reports go out on their own
- Meetings and invoices come from the same records
Clients see the same data your team does
The portal shows each client their own slice of the data your team works in — scoped by account and permissions, not exported. When an account manager marks a meeting held, the client’s view changes with it.

Reports that send themselves
Scheduled reports are set per client and delivered automatically on the cadence you choose. Portal reports can also be exported on demand.
Clients can check the numbers themselves
A client who sees a no-show recorded and credited trusts the numbers next to it. “Send us the numbers” becomes “the numbers are in the portal” — which also helps when a prospect asks how you report.
