What's in it
Bookings as records
Each meeting is booked for a client project, with the SDR, the prospect and the product it bills as.
Calendar sync
Two-way sync with Google Calendar and Outlook.
Full booking history
Every change to a booking — reschedule, outcome, note — is kept on its timeline.
Status overview

Auto-complete
Meetings with no outcome are completed automatically after a set number of business hours.
Push to client CRM
Booked meetings are pushed to the client's HubSpot or Pipedrive.
Booked meetings tracked per client
For an appointment-setting agency, the meeting is what the client buys. Yet bookings often live in a shared spreadsheet, kept by hand and reconciled at month end.
Today
- Who booked it, for which client, typed into a sheet
- Calendar invite and client CRM updated separately
- Reschedules overwrite the old row
- Outcomes chased at month end
With Dialbrew
- Booked on the lead, for a client project, with SDR and product
- Synced to Google Calendar or Outlook and pushed to the client's CRM
- Every change kept on the booking timeline
- Outcomes drive the report, invoice and commission
Every booking with its SDR, product and history
A meeting is booked on the lead, for a specific client project, with the SDR, the prospect and the product it bills as. It syncs to Google Calendar or Outlook and can be pushed into the client’s HubSpot or Pipedrive. Reschedules, outcome changes and notes stay on its history, so “what happened with this meeting?” has one answer.
Meetings without an outcome close automatically
Meetings are marked held, no-show or rescheduled. A meeting nobody updates is auto-completed after a set window of business hours — weekends and public holidays don’t count. Because outcomes feed the client report, the invoice and the SDR’s commission, the booking list is also the basis of month end.
