Integrations

It assumes you already have a stack

Dialbrew is the operations layer, not a replacement for your CRM, your calendar, your telephony or your accounting system. In an agency setting there is not one CRM — there is yours, and then one per client — and the integration model is built around that.

CRM

HubSpot

Two-way, two apps

Two separate OAuth applications. Deal Pull reads deals from selected pipeline stages on an hourly sync and creates tentative client projects. Deal Push sends booked meetings into the client’s own HubSpot — each of your clients connects their own account and picks the target deal stage.

Pipedrive

Outbound, per client

Customer-level deal push with a self-service connect flow, so the client can authorise their own Pipedrive rather than handing credentials to your account manager.

Calendar

Google Calendar

Two-way

Bookings sync as calendar events, so the invite exists in the prospect’s calendar with the correct address and timezone immediately rather than as a follow-up task.

Outlook Calendar

Two-way

The same, for Microsoft calendars. Calendar fan-out happens through the event bus, so a slow or unavailable provider does not block the booking.

Telephony

Twilio

Two-way

VoIP numbers held at account level and assigned to individual users, inbound and outbound calling, SMS, call recording, and a job that syncs per-account telephony costs so call spend is visible beside the output it produced.

Finance

Procountor

Outbound

Billing records are pushed as invoices and polled for status, so invoice state sits in the same system as the bookings that generated it. Zero billing errors is a stated design requirement, not an aspiration.

Notifications

Slack

Outbound

Per-channel notifications for bookings and no-shows via bot-token OAuth, delivered through a dedicated queue so a Slack outage never affects a booking.

Outbound tooling

Salesforge

Integration

Account-level integration for outbound email tooling.

Legacy data

SharePoint

Inbound, read-only

Read-only access to legacy master data, for operations migrating off a document-based process.

Analytics

PostHog

Internal

Product analytics on PostHog EU cloud, configured with anonymous profiles disabled so no profile exists for a user who has not identified.

Monitoring

Sentry

Internal

Error monitoring on the EU region for both the API and the web applications.

Not listed? There is an API-key mechanism for programmatic access, and integrations are added as consumers on an event bus rather than wired into request paths — so a new destination is additive and does not touch the booking flow. Tell us what you need to connect.

Book a walkthrough

Put every client on one floor

A walkthrough on your own roster, clients and commission model — from an imported list to a sent invoice. Judged on your operation, not a demo dataset.
